Anche la testimonianza della Poliziotta/Fotografa Jody Keller è un brillante esempio di contraddizioni ed omertà.

Dice di ricordarsi due piccoli lividi sbiaditi, uno sull'avambraccio ed uno sulla schiena, ma poi ammette di non riuscire a vederli nelle foto scattate da lei stessa (vedi: 2002-07-18 Foto Rebecca McKay White) ma, soprattutto, dimostra di non essersi neppure messa d'accordo con i suoi colleghi Mark Fullerton e John Reilly.

C'è di più: testimonia che il suo compito era di documentare minuziosamente tutte le lesioni rilevabili sul corpo di Rebecca McKay White ma poi scopriamo che ha soltanto fotografato il volto, l'avambraccio ed il fianco della stessa e senza alcun livido visibile.
